Concurrently, since January 2018, he has held the position of Director Technical at Eesavyasa Technologies Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the technological advancement of the organization. His directorial role extends to Atlas Financial Research Pvt. Ltd. since January 2013 and Q Engg. Prospects Pvt. Ltd. since March 2005, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of these firms.Prior to his directorial roles, he held senior leadership positions, including Sr. Vice President at Hyquip Systems Ltd. from March 2003 to February 2005, overseeing the design and fabrication drawings for power plant BOP structures and solar structures. Notably, he spent over 15 years at Tata Steel Limited, Jamshedpur, from January 1980 to September 1995, progressively advancing from the role of Manager in Designs to overseeing industrial structures’ design and detailing valued at Rs. 2000 Crores.His career commenced as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Tata Steel, Jamshedpur, from January 1978 to December 1979, and as a Junior Engineer in Designs at APPWD, R&B, and Public Health, Hyderabad, from May 1976 to December 1977, where he contributed to the design and drawings of national highway bridges and the twin cities water grid project. As Vice-President of Mold-Tech Technologies, he played a pivotal role in spearheading the establishment and management of the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) business vertical. His strategic vision and leadership skills were evident as he secured business partnerships with three renowned Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) companies in the United States: American Building Systems in Alabama, Gulf States Manufacturing in Mississippi, and Kirby US in Nashville. In a remarkable feat, he received training on Metal Building Software (MBS) from these companies and went on to successfully execute 12 live projects, including CAD checks, all accomplished without the need for on-site visits. Demonstrating his commitment to talent development, he employed and trained a team comprising 10 design engineers and 40 CAD professionals over six months, focusing on the customized MBS of the three aforementioned companies. His leadership yielded exceptional results, as the team under his guidance successfully delivered approximately 200 PEB building projects within a span of two years, solidifying Mold-Tech Technologies’ position as a key player in the field.
