He has been serving as a Plant Operation Engineer at Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited since September 2018, contributing to the efficient operation of the plant. His responsibilities include procuring and developing spare parts, identifying machinery suppliers, and aligning product development with market demand. He is tasked with preparing and implementing production plans to achieve target outputs while adhering to yearly budget constraints and ensuring optimal resource utilization. Through careful work analysis considering human ergonomics, he enhances operational efficiency and capacity implementation. Additionally, he plays a key role in implementing and maintaining methodologies such as KAIZEN, 5’s, Lean, and six sigma within the plant, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability.
