He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Outcomes and Biomedical Informatics at the College of Medicine, University of Florida, a position he has held since January 2020. Prior to this, he contributed to the academic community as an Instructor in the Department of Behavioral Science within the Division of Cancer Prevention and Population Sciences at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center from May 2019 to January 2020.
