Prof Dr Kuei Tien Chou, Risk Society and Policy Research Center, National Taiwan University, Taiwan

He currently holds the position of Professor at the Graduate Institute of National Development at National Taiwan University, a role he has held since August 2008. Continuing his academic pursuits, he went on to obtain his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Accounting from University Utara Malaysia, an AACSB accredited institution, completing his Ph.D. after the session held on 8 January 2019. Throughout his educational journey, he has demonstrated a strong dedication to the field of accounting, culminating in his Ph.D. research and completion.

He is a dedicated academic professional with a wealth of experience in accounting and auditing. Currently serving as a full-time Accounting and Auditing Assistant Professor at Palestine Technical University (PTUK) – Khadoorei since the summer of 2019, he contributes significantly to the College of Economics and Business. With English as the medium of instruction, he delivers high-quality education to students pursuing their academic endeavors. Additionally, he holds the position of PhD Lecturer and Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of PTUK, where he imparts knowledge in Public Budgeting Management. Simultaneously, he serves as a PhD Lecturer at Arab American University’s Faculty of Graduate Studies, specializing in International Accounting.
