She currently serves as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) at Texas A&M University (TAMU) since Spring 2022, working under the supervision of Dr. Debra Fowler. In her role, she leads and facilitates program redesign initiatives across the campus, providing valuable support to faculty members in designing, conducting, and collaborating on the scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) research projects. Her responsibilities also include planning, arranging, and conducting faculty development workshops, engaging in grant writing, mentoring graduate and undergraduate students, and disseminating research findings through conference presentations and journal publications. Her contributions to teaching excellence and scholarly research showcase her dedication to advancing education and faculty development.
