Mr. Balázs Őrsi, University of Debrecen, Hungary

He began his professional journey as an HR trainee at MOL Petrolkémia Zrt. from March to October 2018, where he played a pivotal role in recruitment and selection processes. His responsibilities included contacting candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. Prior to this, he attended Neumann János High School and College from 2009 to 2014, where he excelled in pre-technical language classes and pursued additional studies in mathematics, physics, and informatics. This educational background laid a strong foundation for his subsequent career endeavors.

Education:

He attended Neumann János High School and College from 2009 to 2014, where he participated in pre-technical language classes and took extra lessons in mathematics, physics, and informatics. Following his high school education, he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Debreceni from 2014 to 2017. Subsequently, he continued his studies at the same university, completing a Master of Science degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from 2017 to 2019. Currently, he is enrolled in the Doctoral School of Human Sciences at the University of Debreceni, specializing in the Psychology program, where he is actively engaged in research and academic pursuits.

Experience:

He served as an HR trainee at MOL Petrolkémia Zrt. from March to October 2018. In this role, he was responsible for assisting with recruitment and selection processes, which included contacting candidates, conducting telephone prescreening and face-to-face interviews, and preparing job offers. Additionally, he handled general HR tasks such as preparing HR statements and creating presentation materials from annual and quarterly data. Since 2019, he has been working as an assistant lecturer at the University of Debrecen. In this position, he contributes to the academic environment by providing support to faculty members and students.
