Assoc Prof Dr Nor’ashikin Ali Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia
She completed her PhD in Information Systems at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand, in 2014. Her doctoral thesis focused on developing a Knowledge Management Systems Success Model for Healthcare. Since 2018, she has served as the Deputy Dean (Academic, Quality, and Student Affairs) at the College of Graduate Studies. In this role, she assists the Dean in providing leadership within the College, guiding planning, performance, and quality management initiatives. Her expertise in information systems and commitment to academic excellence contribute significantly to the advancement of graduate education and the overall success of the College. With a strong background in research and academic administration, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future direction and success of graduate programs at her institution.

She has held several key roles within the College of Graduate Studies. From 2018 to the present, she serves as the Deputy Dean (Academic, Quality, and Student Affairs), where she assists the Dean in providing leadership and direction for college planning, performance, and quality management. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, she was the Head of IT & Teaching and Learning Unit, acting as the primary contact for prospective and current students regarding graduate program and university regulations, as well as admissions. From 2015 to 2017, she served as the Coordinator of the IT Postgraduate Programme, overseeing the management and coordination of IT postgraduate programs, including curriculum design, teaching assignments, timetabling, and procedural enhancements. Through these roles, she demonstrates her commitment to academic excellence and student success within the College of Graduate Studies.
