Since 2018, she has served as the Deputy Dean (Academic, Quality, and Student Affairs) at the College of Graduate Studies. In this role, she assists the Dean in providing leadership within the College, guiding planning, performance, and quality management initiatives. She holds a PhD in Information Systems, which she earned from Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand, in 2014. Her doctoral research focused on developing a Knowledge Management Systems Success Model for Healthcare. Prior to her PhD, she completed a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology in Business (MSc. in IT in Business) from the University of Lincolnshire-Humberside in Hull, United Kingdom, in 1996. She began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Texas State University (formerly known as Southwest Texas State University) in San Marcos, Texas, USA, which she obtained in 1990. With her diverse educational background and expertise in information systems, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her field.

Experience:

She has held several key roles within the College of Graduate Studies. From 2018 to the present, she serves as the Deputy Dean (Academic, Quality, and Student Affairs), where she assists the Dean in providing leadership and direction for college planning, performance, and quality management. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, she was the Head of IT & Teaching and Learning Unit, acting as the primary contact for prospective and current students regarding graduate program and university regulations, as well as admissions. From 2015 to 2017, she served as the Coordinator of the IT Postgraduate Programme, overseeing the management and coordination of IT postgraduate programs, including curriculum design, teaching assignments, timetabling, and procedural enhancements. Through these roles, she demonstrates her commitment to academic excellence and student success within the College of Graduate Studies.

He has built a distinguished career in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, starting with his internship at the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, University of Naples Federico II, under the supervision of Professor Pasquale Martinelli from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, he pursued a Maternal Fetal Medicine Research Fellowship at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, USA, under the guidance of Professor Vincenzo Berghella from 2016 to 2017. During this time, he also completed an internship in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University, again under the supervision of Professor Vincenzo Berghella, in August 2014 to October 2014. Building on his experiences, he continued his academic journey as a Resident in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Naples Federico II from 2015 to 2020, and currently holds positions as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Neuroscience PhD candidate at the University of Naples Federico II since 2020 and 2021, respectively.

Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at EM Normandie Business School, Ireland, since August 2021.
