Subsequently, he pursued a Maternal Fetal Medicine Research Fellowship at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, USA, under the guidance of Professor Vincenzo Berghella from 2016 to 2017. During this time, he also completed an internship in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University, again under the supervision of Professor Vincenzo Berghella, in August 2014 to October 2014. Building on his experiences, he continued his academic journey as a Resident in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Naples Federico II from 2015 to 2020, and currently holds positions as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Neuroscience PhD candidate at the University of Naples Federico II since 2020 and 2021, respectively.
