She completed her PhD in Management Sciences at the University Paris Dauphine, France, from 2015 to 2019. Recognized for her outstanding doctoral research, she received the second-best doctoral research award at the Atlas-Afmi Conference on “Managerial challenges of international integration” in Madagascar in 2017. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at EM Normandie Business School, Ireland, since August 2021. Her expertise extends across various teaching areas, including Organizational Behavior and Management, Sociology and Organisational Theory, International teams, Organisational communications, and Project Management. Her educational foundation also includes a Bachelor of Arts and Literatures from the University Savoie Mont-Blanc, France, in 2013-2014, and a Bachelor of Modern Literatures and French language from Pedagogic University, Poland, in 2012-2013, where she received high honors for outstanding teaching activity. Experience:
She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at EM Normandie Business School in Ireland, starting from August 2021. In this role, she contributes to various teaching areas, including Organizational Behavior and Management, Sociology and Organisational Theory, International teams, Organisational communications, and Project Management. Her academic journey in Ireland also includes her tenure as a Course Director/Product Manager at Dublin Business School from May 2021 to August 2021, where she acted as the Professional School Manager and Course Director responsible for academic oversight and delivery of Professional Diplomas. Prior to this, from January 2020 to the present, she held the position of Academic Programmes Manager at Dublin Business School, managing a team of 30 Subject Matter Experts and coordinating programmes in the areas of Business, HR, AI, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Project Management. Additionally, she has been contributing as an Adjunct Teaching Fellow/MBA Coordinator at Trinity Business School since July 2019, successfully leading and developing new programs within the Executive MBA, and as a Teaching Fellow in Management at University Paris Est, France, from February 2017 to April 2018. Throughout her diverse roles, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, academic coordination, and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience for students.
