As Vice-President of Mold-Tech Technologies, he played a pivotal role in spearheading the establishment and management of the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) business vertical. His strategic vision and leadership skills were evident as he secured business partnerships with three renowned Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) companies in the United States: American Building Systems in Alabama, Gulf States Manufacturing in Mississippi, and Kirby US in Nashville. In a remarkable feat, he received training on Metal Building Software (MBS) from these companies and went on to successfully execute 12 live projects, including CAD checks, all accomplished without the need for on-site visits. Demonstrating his commitment to talent development, he employed and trained a team comprising 10 design engineers and 40 CAD professionals over six months, focusing on the customized MBS of the three aforementioned companies. His leadership yielded exceptional results, as the team under his guidance successfully delivered approximately 200 PEB building projects within a span of two years, solidifying Mold-Tech Technologies’ position as a key player in the field.
