Assoc Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ahmad Rehan, a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of renewable energy, Academician/Research Scholar Sultan qaboos University, Oman. Since February 2017, he has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials at the National Textile University in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Prior to his academic position, from June 2011 to July 2013, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Center of Excellence in Desalination Technology, King Abdul-Aziz University, Saudi Arabia. Earlier in his career, from May 2008 to June 2011, he held the position of Deputy Manager (Lab & QC) at Sitara Peroxide Limited in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
