Since November 2019, she has been serving as a dedicated Health Research Project Manager, actively engaged in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of health research projects. In this role at the National Institute of Public Health, located in Largo Desastre de Assistência – Chã de Areia, Praia, her responsibilities extend to planning, directing, and coordinating the execution of research projects, contributing significantly to the advancement of public health initiatives. Prior to her current position, from October 2017 to October 2019, she held the role of Quality Office Coordinator at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais (ISCJS) in Fazenda, Praia, Cabo Verde. In this capacity, she played a key role in coordinating and evaluating the internal quality assurance system and policy, ensuring the highest standards of quality in educational and institutional practices. Her multifaceted experience reflects her commitment to both the research and quality management aspects of public health and education.
