In 2014, she played a key role as the developer of the “National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS)” for Musical Instrument Manufacturing, focusing on levels 1, 2, and 3 in Phase 1-3. Her expertise also extended to serving as a NOSS Assessor for Traditional Music at levels 4-5 on July 19, 2014. Demonstrating her commitment to the promotion of cultural heritage, she participated as a panelist at the Sape Symposium at Sarawak Cultural Village in August 2015 and delivered a public talk on the “Evolution of Sape” in Kuching, Sarawak, the same year. Additionally, she conducted a lecture demonstration titled “OUT OF PIECE OF WOOD: An in-depth look at the famous Sape, boat lute of Sarawak – and how it has evolved from the traditional to the contemporary” at the Rainforest World Music Festival in August 2015.
